Michelle believes that fitness can be fun and exciting, while burning calories.
Michelle has been dancing since before she could walk. She has studied all styles of dance including: ballet, jazz, hip-hop, tap, and ballroom, since she is two. Growing up dancing and playing sports she understood the importance of health and fitness at a very young age. Finding Zumba® Fitness at 18 she knew that she could very easily show the importance of health and fitness through a fun and different form of exercise. After getting her certification in Zumba, Michelle also became certified in Ballet Barre fitness to help with flexibility as well as strengthen the bodies muscles in a different way using ballet technique.
