Shelby is a certified group fitness and ACE instructor. She has been dancing for over 17 years. She uses her background
in dance and knowledge of group dynamics and health to teach dance. Her goal is to assist clients with successfully
achieving their health and fitness targets. Her background in dance is in acro, ballet, contemporary, hip hop,
jazz, kickline, lyrical, pointe, and street jazz.
Chantel is a certified cheerleading coach and certified pole dance fitness instructor.
Carla is certified in pole dance fitness and has been in love with this form of fitness from her first class.
Kim is an extreme sport athlete. She lives life to the fullest, and brings her enthusiasm to every class.
