Kim is an extreme sport athlete. She lives life to the fullest, and brings her enthusiasm to every class.

 

Kim is an extreme sport athlete. She lives life to the fullest, and brings her enthusiasm to every class. She encourages creativity and expression in every student, and understands how to challenge them physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually to achieve balance and health.

Kim’s dynamic background allows her to employ various modalities into her classes. She holds multiple certifications including Yoga, Zumba, Reiki, and Egoscue. Always thinking outside the box, Kim has many unique perspectives on life as well as unorthodox approaches to health which yield results. Her main goal is to guide students towards more functional routines that relieve pain, and provide a more sustainable approach to fitness and wellness.
